Best Effective Bodybuilding Exercise And Tips

Best Effective Bodybuilding Exercise And Tips
Leg Tuck (Seated) Bodybuilding Tips:

Sit on a bench sideways, grasping the edges for support. With knees bent, raise your legs slightly and then straighten them, leaning backward as balance requires.

Lunges (Smith Machine) Bodybuilding Tips:

The basic purpose of lunges on the Smith Machine is to develop and separate the muscles in the thigh and shape the muscles in the glutes. Step into the Smith machine and place the bar across your shoulders / traps as you would to squat. Put your right foot two feet in front of you.

Military Presses (Seated) Bodybuilding Tips:

Your target zone are the Front Delts. Your supporting and secondary muscles are your side and rear delts, triceps and traps. Sit on a bench with your back supported. With a wide grip – four to five inches past shoulder width

Power Snatch Bodybuilding Tips:

Bend at your waist and knees to grasp either dumbbells or a barbell on the floor with an overhand grip. Straighten your torso and lift the weight as if performing an upright row; rather than stopping at the top, raise the weight overhead in one continuous motion by rolling your wrists back and ‘throwing’ the bar or dumbbells overhead. Reverse the movement to return to the start position.

Pulley Rows (Seated) Bodybuilding Tips:

Attach a V-handle to a low cable pulley machine and sit on the machine with your feet braced against the footrest or metal plate. Keeping your knees slightly bent, grasp the V-handle with your palms facing each other

Pull-Up Bodybuilding Tips:

One of the most overlooked exercises in bodybuilding. An excellent exercise in developing the lats and lower-trap fibers, and stresses the biceps quite well, too. Grasp the bar with an overhand grip, hands about 10 inches apart.

Pulldowns (Reverse Grip) Bodybuilding Tips:

Stand in front of a high pulley with your feet shoulder width apart. Grasp the pulley handle with one hand using a reverse grip and stand back, bending slightly at your hips. Hold the handle so that you upper arm and elbow are vertical and slightly in front of your body with a 90 degree bend in your elbow.

Pushups (Flat Floor) Bodybuilding Tips:

Lying facedown on the floor, place your palms next to your chest a little wider than shoulder width apart.

Brandon Curry lived up to his advanced billing on Saturday night, rising to the top of the amateur ranks by winning the men's overall title at the 2008 NPC USA Bodybuilding and Figure Championships is Las Vegas, Nevada.
In the process, Curry earned one of the two pro cards given out in men's bodybuilding. Curtis Bryant won the light heavyweight division and earned the second pro card awarded at the show.

Curry first had to fight his way to the ultra-competitive heavyweight division and an extremely tough battle with Michael Liberatore. Liberatore, coming off a win in the heavyweight division at the Junior Nationals last month, gave Curry all he could handle. In the end, a single point separated the two, with Curry's superior shape and thickness getting rewarded over Liberatore's superior conditioning. "I knew it was going to be a tough battle tonight," Curry said. "I knew I had to come out and perform, and be better than last night.

2010 ARNOLD COMPETITOR INTERVIEW

The Arnold is just around the corner, and one of the rookies that plans on making a statement, or should I say a "Mark", on the Figure International front is Monica Mark-Escalante. Monica won the 2007 Ironman Figure competition and was deemed by many to be a future IFBB Pro.
Now entering her first year competing as a pro, she will now get her opportunity to compete amongst the best in the world. Despite getting ready for two shows in the span of only a couple of weeks, Monica was gracious enough to grant FitGems an interview prior to her Arnold debut and her pro debut in less than two weeks at the Phoenix Pro.

Like queuing up for hours with 1500 vainglorious beefcakes for a chance to be on Channel 7's Gladiators gameshow.

The hallways of the State Sports Centre at Homebush were thick with the smell of Dencorub at today's auditions for the new version of the show, first seen in 1995.

Seven and co-producers Endemol Southern Star are looking for about 12 Gladiators and about 40 challengers.

Seeking one of the berths, as we revealed earlier this month is Jaslyn Hewitt, sister of tennis star Lleyton.

Those auditioning in Sydney came from all walks of life.

"We've got mums and dads and lots of personal trainers, bricklayers, scientists and lawyers because this is a great personal challenge," executive producer Lisa Fitzpatrick said. "It's the most fantastic combination of sport and entertainment."

Jessica Kazdera, 24, of West Ryde and Rosa-Maria Romero, 31, of Surry Hills, both fitness professionals, loved the original series.
